Nam June Paik and Frank Towbridge collaboration: Banking Piece, 1963.

Two performers. one performer sends a bankers check
for ten marks to the other performer. upon receipt of the same, the
receiver returns the money in the same manner but changes
the currency from marks to dollars. then the first performer
again sends the remainder of the money back to the second
performer but changes the currency from dollars to francs.
as this continues, the currency being changed each time into
as many different currencies as possible, until all the money
is consumed by the banks, receipts of banking transactions
and fees should be saved and exposed at an appropriate time.
